ARRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!

I blew it this past weekend. For some reason I was depressed and pigged out on oatmeal cookies and dough. I haven't slept well for weeks, no, months actually, so I didn't go to the gym but once last week. I have been doing Richard Simmons' Tone and sweat. WOW! It really IS a work-out. Those rubber-band ropes do wonders. Also crunches, so I have been doing something.
I am looking forward to the next weigh-in, and will go to the gym tonight or this afternoon if it kills me! I walked 3 miles and biked 3 miles the last time I went. Thank goodness for the movies they show. If I want to see the next movie, I walk more. Works out great for me.
I want to comment on diet pills. They can be dangerous, but if they work for someone, I don't have a problem, until that someone loses more than me, and then it's a problem. Just kidding. I am proud of all of us for really being dedicated to bettering ourselves.

we all have those dang weeks, and days! The good thing is that you at least realized it. Don't feel too guilty mom! At least it was oatmeal cookie dough, huh? You probably got some fiber in there somewhere LOL! Tomorrow is the weigh-in for you, me, and Christi. What time do you wanna come over? I think maybe Christi will come over for Tae Bo tomorrow so maybe after 10? Lemme know!

Have you been reading the other posts? I think we have all been right there with you!! I think you are doing fine. Holly's right Oatmeal is at least a little healthy.(wink, wink)
