NUMBER 2

Thanks, guys, for your support. Right now I feel like I am losing it, with my kids, home-school, my life. I don't know if I have lost anything or not, but I feel like a big fat pig. I walked 3 miles and biked 3 miles at the gym today. I'm having a protein shake for breakfast, and tomorrow I will start on a Pilates 20-minute workout and the eating program that goes with it. I just hope I can eat all that is in it! I know that's the secret. I just can't do the calorie, point thing. I'm so worried about what counts for what, getting too many these and those that I don't eat at all. That's just as bad as eating too much.
Melissa, could you please send me my measurements? I need to see a little bit of improvement, or go nuts.
Thought of the day:

THE FIRST 3 LETTERS OF DIET ARE DIE.
That's why I am now on an "alternative eating" program.
Hooray for the day. Let us be glad and rejoice in it, and not eat too many pieces of fudge!

Sharon,
I think it's awesome that you and everyone else are so motivated.
My family is doing a "Lose a Hugo" contest. We figure between all of us we will lose enough weight to count as a whole person. But none of us are doing blogs soley based on that. We aren't keeping such close track of our measurements and stuff either so we probably won't be quite as successful as all of you guys.
Way to go. I'll be checking in to see how you are doing.
