Good gym day

Today I walked 1.5 miles @ 4.2 mph and a 3% incline. Then I biked 6 miles, and then walked/jogged another 1.5 miles. I'm not even that tired! My weight yesterday was 142.4. Still not where I wanted, but at least not 150.

Mom you are doing great! Slow and steady wins the race, eh? I am so excited that you signed up for the 5k with us, we will make it to the end even if it's just slow and steady! Love you
